Order processing time is 3-5 working days. Then items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd class signed for.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs.If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Custom or personalised orders are non refundable. For all other returns please contact me within 2 days of delivery.
Post items back to me within 4 days of delivery.
